The world in general doesn't really know about the existence of weebles. Very few individuals have been allowed to know about them. Weebles are small creatures that look humanoid except that they have no legs and their arms are very long. They walk with these arms like a man would walk who is using crutches. They have only one eye. They have very long life spans. They are very weak physically.
Weebles are the most magical living creature in the known world. They have the ability to become invisible and inaudible both physically and spiritually at will. They may also teleport at will. They spend most of their time studying and researching. If a spell exists, they know it. When a new spell is created, within three months, this spell has been discovered, learned and recorded by weeble scouts. The only time weebles will appear is if they or the world is in desperate need. Otherwise they keep to themselves.
Weebles cannot wield weapons or wear armor or shield. They may use magic items, but prefer to cast spells. There are no evil weebles. Weeble society does not allow it.
